U2 360 Tour

U2 360 Pic 2U2 360 Concert Picture 1This looks to be the biggest and perhaps best rock show ever. Has anyone SEEN it yet? They are here in Denver Colorado in June 2010. I first saw U2 on the Joshua Tree tour in 1997. Saw them twice on that tour, including the show where they filmed the movie Rattle and Hum.

To get tickets to the Rattle and Hum tour at Sun Devil Stadium in Tempe, AZ, you went to one of several department stores with $50 cash. They handed you a stack of 10 tickets.  There were no lines even!

Yep – $5 each in BULK. Things have changed for ticket prices.

    In addition to A) also being named Michael, B) also being a social media trainer, I am C) one of the hugest U2 fans ever. My first tour was the Unforgettable Fire tour in 1985 when I was 11 years old, but I had been listening to them ever since I was seven when Mom bought her “rock-curious” son “October” in 1981.

    I personally thought Zoo TV was their best tour merely because I am a huge Achtung Baby! fan and because I was eighteen and full of energy at the time, but I haven’t missed an album or tour yet and agree that this was pretty awesome. I saw it opening night in Chicago in Sept. ’09. Wow.
